My own healing and growth journey has been profound and far from linear, with multiple resources and modalities supporting varying stages of my path.
By navigating a challenging and delicate road through recovery and healing, my passions have hugely expanded over time.
By deepening and enhancing my education and awareness not just physically and mentally, but emotionally and spiritually too, I am delighted to offer a safe and non-judgment space for those that I have the pleasure to work with.
Professionally, I hold qualifications in Therapeutic Counselling alongside my certification as a Somatic Stress & Trauma Informed Coach and Narcissistic Abuse Coach.
I am also a qualified Brainspotting Practitioner and Access Bars Practitioner.
Alongside these educational qualifications, and with much of my own trauma journey centred around bereavement and loss, I am very proud and privileged to have also studied with the International School of Intuition and Healing in London and hold certification as an Accredited Advanced Spiritual Medium, having the privilege of working with the spirit of loved ones that have passed.
As a neurodivergent myself, I am also studying Autism and ADHD.
I am fully insured and DBS checked and also a member of the Association of Coaching ethical framework.
I hold very strong and ethical beliefs around stress & trauma healing, with Safety, Autonomy and Integrity being my strongest values.
I would be privileged to be a part of your healing and growth journey.

Stress and Trauma are the residual imprints left within the body following a stressful or traumatic event or experience, from a time and place where the body and mind have felt unsafe.
This could be a death, a loss, an accident, a health concern. Maybe even simple words, continual damaging exposure or beliefs created from anothers actions….
Whatever is happening TO YOU is causing you a problem, and together we can journey safely and integrally to release the block or blocks that are preventing you from moving forward as the best version of yourself.

Through embodied, somatic practices, nervous system education and regulation, and trauma-informed self-leadership, we gently release what’s been stored and create space for something new.

During prolonged stress and trauma, the body becomes disconnected from the mind.
Somatics is the Mind and Body connection.
It is the beautiful practice of bringing awareness to the bodys images, emotions, sensations and patterns in order for release and healing.
Talking therapy is effective for some surface aspects of mental and emotional stress (feeling seen and heard), but it will only take us and our body so far.
Stress and trauma are stored IN the body, and so Somatic healing is about listening to the body’s own wisdom.
By gently connecting the mind WITH the body we create a safe connection, enabling embodied practices for lasting mental, emotional, physiological and spiritual healing and change.
In order to heal, we must feel……and that can be scary, so everything that we do together on your growth & healing journey is sensitive and safe.
